Shipping policy

Where we deliver: all cities across Pakistan.

Delivery time: orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days and usually arrive within 3 to 4 working days. Remote areas may take a little longer.

Delivery charges: free delivery on all orders over Rs 4,500. A standard delivery fee applies to orders below Rs 4,500, shown at checkout.

Payment: cash on delivery is available nationwide.

Order confirmation: we confirm every cash on delivery order by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. Orders we cannot confirm may be cancelled, so please keep your phone nearby after ordering.

Tracking: once your order is dispatched, we'll share your tracking number.

Refused deliveries: refused cash on delivery parcels cost us delivery both ways. We may decline future cash on delivery orders from numbers or addresses with repeated refused deliveries.
