Where we deliver

We deliver to all cities across Pakistan.

Delivery time

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days and usually arrive within 3 to 4 working days. Remote areas may take a little longer.

Delivery charges

• Free delivery on all orders over Rs 4,500
• A standard delivery fee applies to orders below Rs 4,500, shown at checkout

Payment

Cash on delivery is available nationwide. You pay when your order arrives.

Order confirmation

We confirm every cash on delivery order by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. Orders we cannot confirm may be cancelled, so please keep your phone nearby after ordering.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we'll share your tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Refused deliveries

Refused cash on delivery parcels cost us delivery both ways. We may decline future cash on delivery orders from numbers or addresses with repeated refused deliveries.
